レストラン・ラ・パレット清春白樺美術館、ルオー記念館と同様に設計者は谷口吉生。白を基調とした店内にはクラシックが流れ、壁には国内外の著名な画家達が実際に使用したパレットが飾られています。豊かな自然に囲まれた土地ならではの料理を提供しようと、地元の食材をふんだんに使用しています。天気の良い日にはテラスで南アルプスの山々を見ながらのお食事も格別です。
Restaurant La PALETTE Designed by an architect, Yoshio Taniguti who also designed other Kiyoharu art colony's facilities such as Kiyoharu shirakaba museum of art, Rouault chapel. Interior decorating scheme based on white, with classical music. Well known arists palettes actually used by them are hanged on the wall. Produceing special dishes from our surrounding blessed feritile land. In the sunnyday, You may enjoy a meal with beautiful clear view of the South Alps.
